I thought PM was disabled on his account.

Does he read PM's? Just the titles?
I know he can't reply to them all though.

Because that seems the only way to contact him directly.

Unless I suppose I wrote by letter, but the website says email etc.. is preferred.

    Have you tried twitter? Martin does answer on there sometimes. In fact he replied to me last night!
