Hey,
I have a huge dvd and video collection and as technology advances the videos have just become space wasters.
does anyone know of somewhere good to sell videos? maybe an equivelent to green metropolis?
I already sell on ebay but looking around at other sales, i dont think videos would do worthwhile on here.
Any help is much appreciated.

I think it maybe one for the local charity shop unless your really lucky & have a boxset that someone wants0

Not many people want videos now, VHS will only sell for like 99p and the postage is a lot with them too.0

our local charity shops will not even take them anymore! The tip has a large selection...seems such a waste! The hospital will usually take kids videos..wont make you any money though!I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes

i dont think you'll get anything from videos anymore, unless their special editions and rares... You can try them on Ebay, but they most likely won't sell. I have a load i was gonna put up, but so many don't sell on Ebay...And now charity shops won't take them? (above) lmao, it's to the hospital then

Like Sarahlouise my local charity shops have stopped taking videos as they can't sell them either.
My local 'Works' (discount book shop) actually have all their videos in big bins with 'fill a bag of vids for £1' and they still aren't selling.
Check out any rarities on Amazon and then either freecycle the rest or as a last resort dump them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I sold all my VHs videos five years ago for a tidy amount on ebay. Now? It is probably impossible to sell most tapes. I wouldn't even try due to the postage hassle.0

I've tried to sell a box of 40/50 videos twice on ebay but they didn't sell. I got them picked up with some other charity stuff in the end.0

Couldn't GIVE mine away on FREECYCLE!!
Thunderbirds box set
