Does ebay monitor sellers who had listings removed?

I'm wondering if ebay puts sellers who had their listings removed on some kind of "watch list" to monitor their future sales or do they just go back to ignoring you until someone complains again? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS.

I don't know the real answer to that. I do know that people have reported on the ebay boards that once they get warned once they seem to be caught a lot quicker the second time. However, it might just be because their competitors have them on watch and report as soon as they see a violation.

It has also been suggested that if someone already has a warning on their account this is flagged up as soon as another report is made, so they go to the top of the pile to get investigated.
