Hi,
So i recently applied for the Halifax 0% card. I got the accepted and recieved the form to sign on Friday 8th (just over a week ago).
Posted it back to them on the same day.
I got a phone call on Thursday 14th, was a message that played and said "Please sign and return your credit agreement, if you have not already done so".
So, the question is, Was this just an automated call, or is it possible the agreement has not arrived, and been lost in the post ?
How long is the turn around on them recieving it and posting my new card to me?
Sorry if a silly question, first credit card Ive really applied for, outside of the one that came with my Current account.

Probably just an automated call...it should take 7 to 10 working days from the moment they start dealing with your signed agreement.0

Its not that quick. I sent the agreement thing you have to sign to them on the 1st of June and the credit card didn't go onto my online banking screen until Friday the 17th. Hopefully the card will reach me on the next few days.
Though to be fair there were the two bank holidays, and I bet Royal Mail had a mega back log they had to clear.0 -
Halifax are notoriously slow. Sent my CCA back for the Clarity weeks ago and haven't got the card yet. Good thing I'm not in a hurry to get it.0

same happ to mrs, few days later pin cameDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
