Can banks still take my money?

Do banks still have a right to recover funds, (if I open a bank account with them for example and pay money in), after they have received a dividend from a discharged trust deed?

Any funds in the account can be taken as set-off for other debts IF this is stated in their T&C's (which usually do) the same holds true if you had other accounts with the same bank but at a different branch, or stocks/shares held by them as security.

Yes it's been discharged. I didn't think they could take it but wanted to check. It's a struggle trying to get them to take the complaint seriously!
