Natwest student account changing - Help

Hi guys,
My student account is about to change to a graduate account, but what they do not know is that I have had changes since then.
I quit uni in first year, then went to another one and the new course has a year for placement, so it technically means from June/July I will not be a graduate, I'll still be studying/on work placement.
So what can I do? They sent me the letter to say that this will be happening and I can get an extension of current overdraft and I do really need it anyway, so jus wondering best plan to do what?
Thanks!

Shouldn't be a problem, they will ask for proof that you are still a student and continue your account as a student account.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I will contact them and let them know, but at this point, going to have to wait for a few days until Natwest are back on their feet.
Also, this will be my 4th year, but I have a poor credit rating, can I get an extension on current overdraft?0
