Would we be entitled to claim?

Hi All,
i recieved my P60 on friday (i know, 2 months late!) and judging by the figures, i think i should have been able to claim Child tax credit?
we had a letter a few months back, saying because i was over the 26K limit, our payments would stop, obviously this has been mis-calculated and my actual pretax pay is below this figure!
My partner is now back in employment also and i get the feeling we may be entitled to something?
just for the record...
me and my partner have both worked since college, we had a baby last april and so my OH was on maternity, she was made redundant and only recently went back to work part time
i will be calling on monday but just thought i'd get some advice first off..
Thanks in advance!
Kris
