STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
Opened account on June 13th. Paid the SCAMMERS £12.50 to open the account.
Its now July the 3rd and still have not received any paying in slips or PIN number for the card! Phoned up numerous times and they explained that they had been sent out...Still no joy. I have now incurred charges with other companies from bounced Direct debits etc.
Asked to speak to a supervisor or manager...funnily enough they were all on a meeting so asked to speak to the complaints department and they hung up on me.
Customer service is absolutely disgusting.
They have a 14 day cooling off period, so refusing to give me back the £12.50 opening fee (even though the account has not been opened fully..no PIN, no paying in slips..not a penny in the account)
All I can say is please, please stay away from this poor service.0
