There have been some offers on group deal sites for Go Ballooning, also trades as Cameron Flights.

Just a friendly heads up, I would honestly avoid this company. If you're thinking of buying a balloon flight then this blog will explain why to avoid them.

Seems a perfectly valid warning to me. A company with unfair and probably illegal terms and conditions.

How do you arrive at that conclusion ????

You are a fool. Stop sulking and trying to promote your pages. I have flown with them and I would rather not go up at all if it wasnt safe. You are obviously a competitor.

No not a competitor and if you find a ballooning company with my involvement let me know, I would be keen to apply for a dividend.

    Have you read their terms?

They can cancel due to weather - understandable. No matter how many times they cancel they simply extend the original voucher. The extensions are for a few months at a time and take no notice of flight availability. If they offer you a date but you can't make it, it's tough.

So if you can't fly, because of their lack of availability, your voucher will expire and become worthless.

Two further quotes from their websites: "If, despite attempts by you, we have been unable to provide your flight on four or more occasions within the original voucher validity will be extended by three months, and provided at least two attempts are made every three months thereafter, we will continue to give such extensions in the event of further cancelations."

On the booking page: "Dates are scheduled out 4-8 weeks ahead." (Without a voucher I can't check the actual dates available).

So in a three month extension period, you must schedule two flights. But flight dates may be scheduled 8 weeks ahead. It doesn't fit - yet this means you'll lose your voucher.

    Xmas Saver!
we have previously booked with a local company and had the 1st flight postponed 4 times due to weather, we went up on the 5th attempt, the 2nd booking with them we were only postponed once.

The company has now been brought out by go balloning, we have had one flight cancelled due to bad weather, but to date I can not fault their customer service, I would rather be delayed a dozen times, then risk flying when its not safe. We had our 1st flight cancelled and we rang the next day and the lady we spoke to was really helpful in organising our next flight, so weather permitting, my daughter and my father go up this week.
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
