Hello,
I'm thinking of buyer a property for £230,000 (I'll get three quotes in the week), how much roughly would solicitors fees be for searches, conveyancing etc? I'm trying to do an approximate costing of how much things will cost.
Thanks in advance!

Estimate about £3k-3.5k including vat for the purchase. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -

I'd say £3,300. That's £2,300 for sd and £700 solicitors fees and £300 search fees.0
