repairing leather clothing?

    hi, i bought a vintage leather jacket from a charity shop and it wasnt until i was home when i noticed a hole in lower back of the jacket. luckily there was a leather swatch/ patch in one of the pockets. how do i go about repairing it. i know i can get special glues etc but how do i actually repair it without it looking bad.

    any kind of advice would be great.
