So I just stumbled acros this site:

ukpbestateagents [dot] co [uk]

Too many things say to me that its too good to be true..

Cheaper and bigger coverage than any estate agent.. must be a catch..

Has anyone used them at all ?

Or even considered anything similar.

Thoughts?
