Multi session setting rather than disc at once

I don't use media player so maybe someone who does can say whether it will do multi sessions discs
Here is one option, using Burnaware Free, (instead of CD Burner XP mentioned).

CD Burner XP
I don't think that's such a good idea anymore.Editor's Advisory Note: CDBurnerXP is now bundled with OpenCandy. See this article for more information.0 -
In view of the useful bit from tanglefoot
Use this instead

Doesn't Windows' built-in burning engine do multisession anyway? If you're just copying mp3 files you don't necessarily need to use WMP.0

Anybody reading this who is new to CD burning might not realize that 'write once' on a CD-R means not only that data cannot be written over, but that all data to be written has to be done so at the same time.
It intrigues me that manufacturers, software providers and even forum posters seem to assume you would already know this.0 -
"The CD-R, originally named CD Write-Once (WO), specification was first published in 1988 by Philips and Sony in the 'Orange Book'. The Orange Book consists of several parts, furnishing details of the CD-WO, CD-MO (Magneto-Optic), and CD-RW (ReWritable). The latest editions have abandoned the use of the term "CD-WO" in favor of "CD-R", "
" A CD recorder can write to a CD-R using several methods including: "
" Packet Writing – used to record data to a CD-R in "packets", allowing extra information to be appended to a disc at a later time, or for information on the disc to be made "invisible". In this way, CD-R can emulate CD-RW; however, each time information on the disc is altered, more data has to be written to the disc. There can be compatibility issues with this format and some CD drives. "

See: optical disc recording modes. The 'R' in CD-R merely means that data cannot be overwritten or erased.0 -
You mean I can still add stuff to old CD-Rs?? I've just bought a 10-pack of Kodaks!-TangleFoot- wrote: »I don't think that's such a good idea anymore.
If you accept any of the software recommendations made by OC then not only will that software be downloaded and installed but OC will also permanently install itself on your PC as well.
Does this mean that if you uninstall the burner, OC will remain?0
