Temporary Home & Contents Cover

Hi all,
I am moving into a rented flat on 30th June but do not "officially" leave the old rented property until 17th July.
In order to move to the new place, I've had to transfer my home and contents insurance (including landlords fixtures and fittings... Important apparently), effective on moving day.
This leaves the old property without insurance for a little over two weeks. Most of our stuff will be moved over to the new place in the first few days, so this isn't a worry to me, but I'd still like to be covered for any of the landlords' property, as well as cover for anything such as fire/theft.
Does anybody here know of any companies offering short term (weeks rather than months) insurance for the above mentioned? I'm having a hard time finding anywhere on Google, so any input would be appreciated
