Dead Like Me was one of those quirky TV series that was sadly gone before its time. It follows a girl named George (Ellen Muth) who, after her untimely death, is enlisted to act as a grim reaper under the guidance of the head reaper Rube (Mandy Patinkin). Season two, which was nominated for several Emmy Awards, sees George coming to terms with the afterlife while her family collapses. Meanwhile her fellow reapers also have a few issues they need to sort out too: Daisy finds religion, larceny and love (in that order). Mason finally gives up the bottle, only to take it up again. And Rube, tipped off by an old friend, tries to make a connection with his eledry daughter.
Dead Like Me The Complete Second Season is available to buy on DVD from 2 April, RRP £39.99. Thanks to 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment we've got a DVD player and a box set to give away, with nine runners-up also receiving DVDs! To enter, answer the following question:
