How long for recalculation?

We had an offer from Co op for CC PPI - all the way back to 2001. However, we have statements back to 1997 (card opened in 1996) so have submitted copies for them to recalculate the offer. It was quite a large offer!This was approx 3 weeks ago....does anyone know how long it's likely to be before we receive the recalculated offer ?Thank you
