Purple Loans PPI

Took out a secured loan in approx 2002 with Purple Loans, and paid it off in December 2003, with the proceeds of the sale of the house on which it was secured.

Don't think they're in business anymore, so would anyone be able to tell me if I've got any chance of starting off a PPI reclaim, especially with the age of the loan?

PS I have no paperwork/account numbers

Many thanks!

Purple loans were took over by GE Money.

But for a 2002 sale they are not under FOS jurisdiction and they will purely just reject your complaint or just time barr it. You cannot go to FOS.

Your complaint wont get anywhere unless you took them to court.
