Unknown bank transaction - BT?

Hi,
Does anyone have any direct debit with BT? I've got an unknown bank transaction and I think it's from them. If you do, could you please confirm if it's with BT internet, mobile, landline, etc. worded as BT Bill Payment 1 in your bank statement.

I think it depends on your bank what they print on your statement - - they will be able to tell you more, and you should be able to see whether you have a direct debit for BT. You should also be able to confirm with BT what money they took from it, and when.
I do have a direct debit for BT with Santander but it doesn't show as "BT Bill Payment" on my statement.0 -
Mine says BT Group PLC with my BT account number underneath it.0
