Where to get 10" X 6" air vent cover ?

Have had our bathroom tiled and after the tiler has left a gap for the air vent cover of above size , am struggling to get one.Can get the standard 9 x 6 in DIY shops and a plumbers merchants near me but not the 10".
Exactly why he left it that size am not sure :mad:
Anybody know any plumbers/shops in nottingham or online that would be able to get one
