Asda life insurance & Quidco

Last year, I was tempted by an offer on Quidco for an over 50's life insurance plan from Asda.
£5 per month & Quidco were paying £55.55 cashback plus an Asda £30 gift card.
Asda would validate the claim after 180 days.
So far I have had the £30 gift card but Quidco are now saying that the claims are taking 8/9 months. :mad:
I am definitely not a happy bunny
