Hello all, firstly sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.
Can anyone help me?
My problem is that I know that I have had PPI in the past but have no paper work retaining to this. In the past 10 years I've had many loans, credit cards, store finance etc. Where do I start. I know for certain that either my Egg card or loan came with PPI because I recently got an email from Barclays saying that it is being transfered away from Egg but I will still be covered.
Also it was either Egg or Capital One that I was constantly, every month trying to cancel the PPI but was always told that it was the wrong time and to phone back, so frustrating, now I know why!!
Anyway it was the email from Barclays that has kickstarted all this and now I just need pointing in the right direction and a few tips.
It's not just the fact that I could do with some extra cash now but more that they have taken so much off of me in the past through PPI, charges etc that I feel it's time for me to get something from them.
Thanks for reading people,
