Moving out of the rat race

I have always felt i needed to live somewhere different and not in a normal home in a normal street,i recently asked my wife if she would fancy moving to the Falklands but she won't,oh well.

Why the Falklands ?
Looking at it on the Tv it looks a bit like the Scottish Highlands, cold and deserted. Start off there and if your wife decides she likes the lifestyle you can move again.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

The Falklands are stunning; the wildlife especially is mind boggling. There is something special about this place. I only ever spent a couple of days there but could easily see myself go back for a month or three. But living there permanently? Life is harsh, and unless you like sheep a lot there isn't really that much to do for a living.
I agree with SailorSam, try the Highlands first (bring a soft toy penguin along for added effect
