Albermarle and Bond, what's gone wrong ?

I got some shares from my company a couple of years ago and have held on to them. For the last 5 years or so it seemed like a good decision with them peaking around 400p. they are now at 260p and I;m trying to decide whether to bail out before I loose any more. Can anyone see what's gone wrong here ? There was a new management team brought in over last 18 months or so and the rot seems to have set in after they took over. Have they/are they setting the company up in a way that is not appealing to investors ? Whats the problem ???

Looks like a fair bit of it is tied to gold being in a bear market.

Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them.0
