Ebay

Hi
I bought an item of ebay last night and realised as soon as i had paid that i had made a mistake.
I contacted the seller to say i have made a mistake and could they refund me (all within about 5 mins of paying).
I received an email back giving me advise on the correct item i am trying to purchase but no mention of refund, i replied to him again saying thanks for advice but i would rather just have the refund.
No response since.
Now I am aware this was my mistake, however I am wondering what to do...i don't want to let too long pass and then not be able to get my money back?
As i contacted the seller and they replied before anything was despatched am I entitled to my money back?
The seller is an ebay shop with loads of good feedback. They have a returns policy but only on faulty items or if they have sent the wrong item??

You can return items sold by business sellers within 7 working days. They are supposed to refund the original postage as well but you'll have to pay the return postage (unless the seller is very generous)0 -
Their telephone number should be on their page, give them a call & see if they're sending the item you paid for or the one you actually wanted. If they're the same price, maybe they will just post the one you want.0
