Not a vent or trying to bite the hand that feeds me (well Mr Lewis for that matter.)
I was shopping for holiday insurance for a one off trip and MSM popped up on google. Entered all relevant details and checked thougherly (I think) and a list appeared - prices starting at around £58 (£200 excess on health, cancellations and baggage.) about £65 for sensible excess policies (£50 excesses.)
Looked very high to me but not been on foreign holiday for years so was unsure.
So anyway went onto TCB compare and entered same details and a whole bunch of policies were listed starting at £7 with cashback. Ended up paying £7.42 for insurance (same cover as above with £50 excesses.) Plus a potential/likely £1 cashback.
I'm confused in the discrepancy, pretty sure I checked everything thoroughly on both sites - any idea why such a huge difference?
