How do you access messages which have been Archived in Outlook ??
I'm trying to help someone access messages which have been Archived in Outlook.
They are asked every so often whether they want to archive messages, they click ok.
We can't find the messages or the archive.pst file

If it's Outlook 2003 click on 'Tools' then 'Options' and then click on the other tab. Click on the 'Auto Archive' button and it should tell you where it's saving the archive but from what I remember it usually automatically adds the data file anyway.
If it hasn't then you can just add the PST manually.0 -
They are using Outlook 2002.
Their archive file is 2GB in size, which is the maximum size allowed.
Does anyone know what AutoArchive does when the archive file is maximum size, does it just stop archiving ?
I tried running AutoArchive, the archive.pst file date was updated, Deleted messages don't seem to be being archived, but you don't get any warning that file is at maximum size or what is going on.
