I heard of 9 holidays and spoke to one of its agent for a holiday to spain which was very cheap compare to others i need an advice can i go for it

You have to look at the holiday, if it is want you want and the price is good, you have to decide, not us.

The website says IATa bonded, do you know what that means, Ive heard of ABTA

I think you mean, if the company cancel the flight....if someone cancels a flight they have booked then they are bound by the fare rules of what they have bought which may mean no refund
