The competitions board on here would be best if you want to try and make a living from comping (read the gudie thats a sticky first) also check out the matched betting board:)All power is from within and therefore under our control0

you won't make a lot sitting at home, pennies to be honest, there is not a lot of money to be earned from surveys etc.
I would say competitions is the best though but truthfully you won't earn a lot from anything online. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Subject to opinion.
You may not make a normal full time wage, but my payout for surveys this year is about £300 and to be honest, it's the last thing on my list of things to do.
I think I like that it's guaranteed, unlike comps. If it says I'm getting £1, thats what I'm getting. Simple
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

imo, doing surveys would work out at around £3-£4 per hour which is a waste of timeThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Depends on circumstance.
If I have time on an evening I would rather make £3-4 doing surveys while watching TV rather than nothing.
And besides, i'm normally muti-tasking with other things (those lovely reports we do Berbastrike lol)I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
lol yeh the repots are a joy especially mfers, but I can only spend so long at the pc before I get stressed. I just think £3-4 is not worth doing that for. £300 so far this year though is surprisingly good, how many hours in total do you think you have worked for that? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Well look at it from my point of view.
I'm stuck in 24/7 so can't go and get a job that pays normal money.
So £3/£4 an hour rather than £0 an hour is definitely worth it. :-)Total Weight Loss Progress = -17lbs
Money Earned Online = £1080 -

I couldn't honestly say. I never just sit and do a survey. I do them at work and home but am always multi tasking. Either with normal work, reports, other surveys, paid to sites, shopping on ebay lol I just have them in the background, answer a few questions do something else, answer a few questions, do something else, and so on and so on.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0
