Hi Guys,
Im looking for a little advice regarding something I bought.
I bought a personalised print of an online store, I filled the order form as it was displayed online, and then the site gave you your price of what you ordered.
So I ordered a print and asked that it framed (this is also printed on my invoice sheet), and the price stated £28. When I received my print, it was unframed.
Now the same site has added into the order form that to buy the print with the frame increases your order value by £40. When you click on the 'add frame' button, the price of your order automatically increases.
When I ordered, it did not state that there would be an additional charge of £40 and the price of my order never increased to include this added charge.
Does that make sense to you? Im not sure If I have explained it properly, would a link to the site help?
So is there anything I can do about this?
I emailed the company asking why I didnt receive my print in a frame but they have not replied. As far as I was aware, my order included the frame at a total price of £28, however now on their site to purchase the same order - it would cost £68.
Do I have any rights?

If you received the item and it wasn't what you paid for.
That would mean that there has been a breach of contract.
You can do any of the following.
1. Ask that they send you the frame or send the print back for a full refund.
2. ask that they send the frame or buy a frame and sue them for it0
