Hi guys,
I am currently thinking making an offer on a 2 bed house for around £75000 (Midlands area). I am in a lucky position and can pay for this without a mortgage from my savings.
My question is how much roughly should I expect to put to one side for solicitors, surveyors, moving costs etc? It may seem a little strange but I am worried about this figure.
Thanks guys

We won't see much change from 5k. We're paying stamp duty (£1740), solicitors fees (£1000), building survey (£660), moving costs (£300) and mortgage application and valuation (£1000).0
