I also gave up on YouGov. Very few surveys and difficult to get any sort of reward.

The only 2 I do regularly now are IPSOS (good, speedy payer), who I can earn about £10 every 6 weeks with, and MySurvey, who pay out in vouchers of small demominations (£5 Amazon vouchers).

I also belong to Mingle and Crowdology. Mingle I'm still quite new to, and their surveys pay well, but aren't that frequent. Crowdology I'm even newer to, but their surveys always seem to be full before I get to them!

By far the best site though is Consumer Pulse. It's hard to get into though, they only open it up via invitations infrequently. I've been a member since about February, and have already had £60 in vouchers. It's very easy to earn £10+ a month for very little work.

The Royal Mail testers panel pays in stamps, but also do vouchers for various other things. More hassle though. Only just worth it for me...

    What sites are worth trying?

onepoll - very short surveys for 10/20p but cant cashout until you reach £40.

ipoll - the same surveys as you get on Swagbucks but pay much, much more. I seem to get screened out for a lot of them though

globaltestmarket - this is a genuine site with lots of surveys, shocking customer servic though if you ever have an issue. I avoid them for this reason.

panelbase - not a lot of surveys but they pay very well and a usually quite short.

pinecone - even less surveys than panelbase but pay £3 per survey.

opinion outpost - I like this site as you can withdraw once you make £2.50. Not a lot of surveys but pay decent.

I don't find the £40 limit a problem - usually achieve a cash out every 3 months or so.

One more to add to the list is PureProfile. Have regular surveys for up to £1.50 and cash out at £25.
  • I suppose it is down to demographs/profile but I have never had issue with yougov. I get at least 4 surveys per week and closing in on my second £50 for this year (first one overlapped end of last year by 2months). You never get kicked out or 'sorry your profile doesn't fit' on there surveys which I like.

I use yougov, newvista, mysurvey and onepoll.

Newvista are a bit irregular with sending out new surveys, don't get one for some weeks. But they pay good per survey and I'm again on verge of getting another cheque this year from them.

Mysurvey are okay. Sometimes don't get any surveys for a bit and then flooded by them. I like that you can cash out small or bigger amounts.

Onepoll I keep forgetting to check for surveys on the site, I do get kicked out a lot but it's after the first question is asked only. So isn't bad. Keep checking your account through out the day though as they regularly ad surveys.
  • On average how many sites do you sign up to?

I have just seen on this site that a lot of people do not like the survey site YOU GOV. I have being with them for along time now and I have no problem with them. When I have reached the payment limit of £50, I have always received it with not a long wait. I have also noted that there are some other people on this site you like me do not have a problem with this survey site. Once again on the number of surveys I receive from them is about 6 in a week, so if you have not filled in your profile with them correctly you cannot expect to get the surveys sent to you.:p

I am a member of a lot of survey sites and I have to admit some are better than others. If I had to name some of the best ones they would be as follows:

    1 Ipsos payment in vouchers
2 One Poll payment in cheque when £40 is reached
    3 P
e (we all know which one I mean) payment in cheque direct into your PayPal account, £3 per survey, £3 per testing
4 Global Test Market rewards to be chosen from gift catalogue
5 Toluna payment in vouchers when 80,000 is reached then claim £15 voucher
6 You Gov payment in cheque when 50,000 is reached then claim £50
7 New Vista payment in cheque when £50 is reached
8 Valued Opinion payment in vouchers when £10 is reached
9 Springboard payment in cheque when £25 is reached but I have never claimed from this site
10 Opinion World payment by voucher or PayPal

These are just a few that I can recommend as being good payers but there are many more out there if you search the internet for them.:j
  • I know old(ish) thread - can see people are compalining about You Gov which is the reason I'm here! A couple of years ago I did a few You Gov surveys...then didn't have time/get round to it - and ignored the odd email when I got them ... A month or so ago at a lose end and I started doing them again - I was at about 1200 pts, getting one every few days and steadily building up to my first £50 - (5,000 points not 50,000 as above.) Now at 4000 I've had one in the last two weeks...was wondering whether that was common - once you start building up a decent balance they don't send out as many - so you never get to the reward? Or was I just 'luckily' when I was getting them regularly...

They are just random. I'm on £39.00 that's gone up from £35 in the last 11 days. Just the luck of the draw (or your demographic of course).
