NatWest app for iphones

My current account with NatWest can be managed on my iphone using their current account app. Today I was told my debit card, used for payments, was invalid. I had to delete the app and then reinstall it with new debit card details - a new card issued a week or so ago by, wait for it, NatWest. After reinstalling, the message said it would take up to 24 hours to reactivate the account.
I phoned them to protest at this delay (using the 'from overseas' number to get an 01 call charge and not the more expensive number to be used by to UK callers) and the advice was to download their free Business account app. I did, went through the installation process, and had immediate access to all my account details. The only thing the business app seems not to have is a top-up facility for my iphone. The current account does. Strange omission.
