How often do you have pudding?

0-3 times a week, varies hugely. We always have a smaller or lighter dinner when we have pudding though and it's only a little pudding, think soup and 1/2 cup of crumble.Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0

6 times today, but I am at a conference and we had cake at the morning coffee break choice of 5 puddle at lunch, and more cake arrived at 3pm.
Am sure I can squeeze one in at dinner tonight0 -
My mum and mother in law have puddings every day - even with lunch but it's usually fruit. We have puddings when we're with them! (If we're there it tends to be something more than just a piece of fruit) x0

You're on an iPad with auto "correct"? :rotfl:
We never had puddings for decades, OH would often have a bowl of cereal if he had a gap left, but a couple of years ago we discovered Iceland (and other places) £1 cheesecakes. We'd get six servings out of those, so they lasted three nights. We used to get the big tubs of fruity yoghurt to pour over them instead of cream, and they'd last three nights too.
Recently we both decided we need to lose a bit of weight so the puddings had to go. However they are already creeping back in...(Hard to find £1 ones these days tho', they are mostly anything up to £2.99).
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

We sometimes have a small dessert - those individual jellies (I buy them when they are on offer), hot raspberries with a scoop of ice cream, or a supermarket creme caramel.
We only have them when we really fancy them though. It's not a habit I would want to get into to have dessert every night and my other rule is that I never eat dessert when I'm full, no matter how good they look if we are eating out0 -
I'm stuffed full of a cold today and the meal on the meal plan doesn't fit the "comfort food" that my body is craving. Having duly stuck to my plan, I'm now off to make a micropud to make myself feel better. I blame this thread!0

well if you class fruit and low fat yogurt as pudding I have it every meal except breakfast!, I have a very sweet tooth and grew up with my mum making sponge puddings or milk puddings for after every evening meal so it's difficult to curb it, if it wasn't for health reasons, I would gladly skip every main meal and head straight for pudding tbh!!
But I don't ever snack between meals, I cook from scratch, never have a takeaway/processed food or junk food and eat a healthy balanced diet, I wouldn't feel i've finished my meal unless I finish it with something sweet, occasionally i will make a proper pudding like crumble, and I do bake but I don't see there is anything wrong with a 'healthy' pud that makes up part of your mealAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -

My kids have a fruit pot or yoghurt or biscuit most days but can't remember last time we had proper pudding. Might have been on holiday...
They do like to bake though so sometimes they might have a fairy cake if we're having a picnic lunch. Or DS will share if I bake for FIL when he's done (another) job for me...
My kids would prefer a funsize haribo pack to sponge and custard... And I'd rather have a bit of chocolate.
Mmm although I do like banoffee pie!Bossymoo
