Wickes usually have dickies workwear (trousers, tops, boots) in my local store,
Otherwise any half decent DIY or builders supply store, even some army surplus places.
When I wanted steel toe-capped boots I ended up getting them online cheap, and when I wanted some new wellies the same place had dunlop steel toe capped ones less than my local homebase had their own brand standard ones.
