So much in Bristol! Where to start?

I've just recently moved to Bristol from Cornwall, and there's so much to do here I don't know where to start!
I'm interested in theatre and music, as well as cool little places like unusual bookshops and vinyl stores.
Any recommendations?
Thanks!

Depends on where exactly you are in Bristol.
I'll start by mentioning Corn Street where there is a big market, including a second hand book shop.0 -

I am in Horfield, so about half an hour on the bus from the centre, but quite near Cribbs Causeway I think?
I think I walked past the market on Corn Street on a previous visit - I couldn't stop, but I really want to go back!
Thanks guys
