Replace my Router with BT HUB?

Options
I am currently running a Belkin N1 Vision, its getting on a bit now and keeps dropping wireless connectivity to all devices. Works fine after a power off/power on.

I was thinking of swapping it for a BT Hub, but I have never had one before and wondered if they were as good? The N1 gives me 70% signal 40m away througn a stone wall into the Den at the bottom of the garden, which is good enough for liesure browsing, and I dont want to loose that.

And the BT one should be free :)

Thoughts and opinions please?

  • I have a BT Home Hub 3 and it's excellent.

Much better than my previous Belkin wireless router I bought for about £70 from PC World.

My only criticism is it doesn't show when traffic is using Broadband.

I must admit, I will miss by LCD screen and 'Guest Access' function.

    Thanks
