I have been with Cashplus since 2007, I have had the option to use iAdvance until last Friday?

My loan on £130, was due on the 22nd of August 2012, I still had the ability to borrow up to £350.

I called to repay early and hey presto iAdvance disappeared. I had experienced this several times before, and called and expected to hear oh, it was just a technical error, but no I was told I was not eligible?

I have wages paid in, plus other payments that exceeds £2000.

Since 2007, I have had almost £5000 in loans all paid back early or on time. So they have made a pretty penny out of me.

My credit builder, 2nd one isn't reporting?

I cannot borrow up to £400

I have direct debits paid without incident. Except when they mess up.

They keep saying the system will assess my account, and activate iAdvance when I am eligible.

So, what happened to the £220, I could have borrowed? I tried to have my loan payment reversed, but they wouldn't have that either.

Friday night I experienced problems accessing my balance, the third this month.

So I paid for a new prepaid card with another supplier from my Cashplus account, It should be here by the weekend, and they can have my business and my money.

    I made £5.50 using quidco.com

I am tired of the expectations, continually being changed, interest rates, pay off times, pre-2pm no interest, premium telephone numbers 0871. 10p per minute, baloney...more like 75p if calling from mobile... Texts 25p to know my balance of my money?

Then they actually clawed back a payment not made from my account to a utilities company, then blamed me? The company deactivated my option to pay by Direct Debit.

I used to email, iAdvance and to give notice I wanted to repay, that changed.

All of the down servers, errors and mistakes they have made with my money.

No referral schemes, I referred more than 5 to get these cards. No respect from APS.

Not keeping all eggs in one basket, using more than one pre-paid cards.

Also, get the feeling APS is not doing too well.

I have now got an iAdvance option of £50 again, I was upto an allowed limit of £350 and never missed payment, was told not longer eligible???

Claire71UK, so you gone with a different company?
  • I noticed this too. I've used it a couple of times in the past, never missed a payment. Always had funds on the card. It's now gone. I'm shutting down the card as soon as my 12 months credit builder is up. The company behind it is a bit of a shambles in my opinion!
  • Hi the same has happened to my cash plus I advance loan. I have always paid back on time. Early at times.i advance even increased the amount.i advance removed from my account no reason only computer says NO. I also am closing my account.
  • If i was to get my money put into my Cash Plus account and lest say my money is there on a Friday what time Friday would that payment show in my account using BACS
  • IAdvance has disappeared from my account even though I have always paid on or before the agreed date. When you call them you get a call centre agent who tells you that you are no longer eligible but cannot tell you why.

It has been my experience that Cashplus appear to think that they can do whatever they like and give poor customer service.

There are plenty of organisations who provide a similar service so let's not allow ourselves to be treated like this.

I will cancel as soon as their customer services are open.
