HELP!!! After yesterdays update windows will not restart, we have tried rebooting it from the disk but the same error message keeps appearing "windows trying to restart trying to fix problems" then it restarts and keeps doing this over and over and over. We did try to search for errors from the disk and tried recovery but still the same error appears. Does anyone know what we need to do please???
Many Thanks:mad:

What did you actually do when you say "Tried booting from the disc"?
Did you run a windows repair?0 -
Might be helpful if you could also say what system you have Vista, 7, etc. Also if you tell us the make & model of yr system we may be able to see what possible other options there may be.
Have you tried starting in safe mode? (pressing F8 after the bios startup/flash screen)0
