I have also been looking at their website under the accomodation section, what type of accomodation will we be getting? Not being fussy but would just like to know, can't really grumble on a freebie!

We have been to Haven parks about 5 times and Pontins once. Haven is so much better, especialy for the kids.

A holiday is a holiday wherever you are and its only as good as what you make of it. We have 4 children aged 14, 9, 7 & 2 and have always had great fun on all our holidays but this one will be even better because its free!

I have received an email confirmation of my booking this morning and it says balance paid in full. When I spoke to the bloke on the phone yesterday he said I had to pay a £15 for linen hire, which I declined and said I'd bring my own, because I only had enough money on my card to cover the £20 refundable deposit, but when my booking confirmation came through this morning it says linen is included! What a bonus!!

We have a 3* caravan, which we have stayed in before and they are quite comfortable, Yes they have a tv but they dont have a microwave.
