Just got the following:

I'm not sure what "please come back in 72.0" means. Hopefully it doesn't mean 72 working hours as that would mean next Tuesday and I'll lose a load of interest. or can I put the money back into a savings accounts whilst it's "checked" ?
anyone?

No idea what it means but it's a rubbish message, if I'd been testing this it would have been straight back to the developer to be changed to something meaningful. The fact that it's got through to you as a customer probably says something about the way Halifax operates.
You don't have to say but I wonder just how much money you have in their if you think you'll "lose a load of interest" between now and Tuesday.0 -
I'd calculate the loss of interest to be about £10, which is a lot for an investigation.0

I got a text message today saying it had been approved and that I had to login and approve the payment. Hold on, I already approved the payment and entered my password to confirm and now I need to do it again? Anyway, I did and it told me to select my phone number from the list and click "Confirm", but there wasn't a list, only a text box. Turns out they wanted my password.
They really should sort out these pages!0
