Grievance at work...

Hi all, I'm new to here so I hope some of you can help me on this.
I have been working in the same place for the past 8 years now. And to be honest I can't take it any more. I have been bullied and harassed by the management of this place for the past 3 years now, and I have come to my wits end. But recently it has got to the point where it is clear that the company are doing their best to take me through the disciplinary procedure and get me dismissed.
Most recent incident was when another employee purposely pushed a steel pallet towards one I was holding, almost resulting in an accident. This was also caught on CCTV. I decided to make an informal complaint to my line manager who asked me what action I would like to take. I just asked him to have a word and make sure it doesn't happen again. A week later I was called into a investigation meeting over the incident. I wasn't happy that this incident was being investigated but gave my side of the story. Again, the investigating manager asked what I wanted the outcome to be and I just said a sit down face to face with the guy and an apology would be fine. The manager agreed that this would be the most ideal outcome and said he would make the arrangements to make this happen.
Now, this is where it gets stupid...I receive a letter in the post asking me to attend a disciplinary hearing over the incident. Claiming I was the one who was unsafe in the incident, saying I didn't follow the marked walkways in the area (which weren't marked) and that i was entirely at fault for the incident. I was given a Second Stage Warning for conduct for the incident for where I wasn't at fault. The hearing was a complete farce as it was clear that the decision was made way before I entered that room. I decided to appeal this warning, which was even worse. The manager taking the meeting was rude, dismissive, shouted at my Union rep, and was also a good friend of the other person involved in the incident. She even admitted that the entire management team had discussed the incident and make the decision together to give me the warning. Which is against site rules, all investigation and disciplinary hearing information must be kept confidential, if not, it is classed as gross misconduct. This is only the most recent incident.
There are many more incidents, many I have written down with times, dates and witnesses who are willing to back up my claims. Most of these incidents involve a member of the management team, telling other members of staff that it's ok if they talk, but they are not allowed to talk to me, or just stopping and glaring at me whilst I do my job. They have this perception of me, where if someone did one thing, he/she would just get spoken to off the record, but if it was me, I would get dragged down the disciplinary route.
After the appeal meeting I attended I became so stressed that I had to take some time off work. I couldn't eat, or sleep and it made me anxious whenever I thought about coming into work. I was off for five weeks in total, where I found out the manager I had spoken to had gossiped about my reasons for being off and I was soon the talk of the warehouse. It's very frustrating that I get treated as some kind of waste of space as I continuously reach my targets and I am rarely late for work.
I gathered all the minutes from every disciplinary hearing I have had in the last 3 years, put together my list of other incidents with times and dates, and presented it to my regional Union rep who suggested I filed a grievance and is willing to back me all the way.
I just feel like I am not wanted any more and it is clear that the management are trying to sack me. There was even an incident where the General Manager of the company, who I have not had a conversation with ever has bad mouthed me in front of Union Reps and other higher-up managers.
I am just disgusted with the way I have been treated and I was wondering if I had grounds to take these incidents to a tribunal? I think its clear that the people higher up don't want me, and I would quit but I cannot afford to quit at this moment in time, the only way I could quit is if I was offered a reasonable settlement so I could support myself whilst looking for a new job. These last few months have almost been unbearable and I just want this resolved. Any advice? Thanks.

I don't know about anyone else, but I gave up trying to read this. Editing it into some paragraphs would be helpful. It's really hard to read a solid wall of text.0

If you click on the "Edit" button, you can split your post into paragraphs - it is very difficult to read at the moment.0

About 3 incidents involving one manager, and a further 2 incidents involving another manager. All with at least 2 witnesses0 -
Sorry everybody I changed it into paragraphs now and put it back to default size :embarasse0

Oh and there is 6 further incidents where I have been called into the office for things that could have easily been resolved informally, and have been known to be resolved informally with other staff members but have not in my case. Hope this helps0

So you have 5 incidents. How many of those involved the 'Most of these incidents involve a member of the management team, telling other members of staff that it's ok if they talk, but they are not allowed to talk to me, or just stopping and glaring at me whilst I do my job' issue? If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. Wow.
So because management glared at you or told other people not to speak to you - it's ended in this?
When you say you want it resolved; I am not totally convinced that this is will stand up in a tribunal as bullying and harassment. If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0
