Thomasland/ Drayton manor

Options
Hi, I managed to get a bargain travelodge room for 2 nights so we could take the kids to Thomasland.
Was just wondering what the best deal may be ticket wise, can you buy discounted second day tickets etc when you are in?
Is there enough there to visit two days in a row?
If not, what else is in the area?
TIA

Hi, there may be enough for 2 days. It depends what day you go on, I suppose. Even on a busy weekend I think I could spend 2 days there. The park's nice (near the zoo) and the zoo is worth a visit. We once spent an hour just saying hello to some cockatiels, who answered back :)

There's a thomas themed play barn in thomas land.

It's a bit cheaper to book online http://www.draytonmanor.co.uk/tickets.php or I think I saw some bogofs on thomas yoghurts in sainsburys. Sorry I have no idea if they do that 'come back tomorrow for x amount' thing once you're inside.

Visit Heart of England have a buy one get one free voucher but it runs out on 17th June but they do update them so it is worth checking back in a few days time. http://www.visitheartofengland.com/vouchernew.aspx?county=6&id=c916a5fa-bcc5-4bc0-8c1d-c4a19b0c1dd7&voucher=5366

You can re-fresh the screen and get another voucher or as many as you need. Just make sure the reference number is different on each voucher.

    Also Travelodgestate the following:-
To make sure you get the most out of your summer stay, we’re offering a great range of exclusive discounts and freebies.
Book a Travelodge room between 29 June and 31 August 2011 and you’ll have the choice of any one of our summer deals. When you book your room, your confirmation email will include a link to take up one of these great offers: and one of the offers is:- 2 for 1 entry to attractions across the UK:- Why not take a day off and enjoy 2 for 1 entry to one of many attractions across the UK! There are great savings at hundreds of attractions, museums, theme parks and much more; whether you like a white-knuckle ride on a roller coaster, exploring the rich tapestry of UK history, or seeing exotic animal’s close-up; we have something for everyone.

Last of all it is worth checking the official site as they often have promotions on there. The current promotion they have is for Friday 15th June - Green Day and Monday 18th June Red Day and if you print your ticket from the site and wear the corresponding colour on your visit you can get in for £10.00

As I said it all depends when you are going and before you go do a quick google search on Drayton Manor voucher, you might be suprised by what you find x
