I don't however as they were making a profit of my money during 41 day when it should've already been transferred(ISA) to Santander even if Ombudsman tells them to pay a really small compensation which is well below what they have made of my money by lending it to other people at the rates as high as 29.9%APR, paying the fee to Ombudsman would bring them to a financial loss on this one rather than proffiting form their own mistake

You are on a hiding to nothing, to be honest,it does sound as if you are being petty and spiteful.
If the Ombudsman charged them £500, no one would even notice such a paltry sum. It wouldnt be the same as you missing out on £500. To them, it would be like you dropping a 1p piece on the road and not bothering to pick it up.

Yu really need to move on with your life and direct your energies at something more worth while. You really are stressing over nothing, you'll give yourself an ulcer man.

Well obviously if they offer a reasonable amount I'll grab it. But not if it is £20
I think you've missed my point.

If Halifax offer £20, for example, the FOS may say they think an award of £10, for example, would be more appropriate...especially if they see through your antics.

And Halifax would then pay you £10...so you've lost a tenner!

And the Halifax will lose £500+£10 which will give me a good mood for the day from the moral satisfaction I will get by them not making a profit on my money but a loss even knowing such a sum means nothing to them

Did you not read my earlier post?

The £500 is not a done deal. If you refuse to accept what I'm telling you then go to the FOS site, search for 'case fee', read, and educate yourself...that's what I did. :)
