Traxam foam

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with this problem I have.
My dad who is 78 yrs relies on Traxam foam which is like a cream to help his back etc.
The manufacturer is not going to be making anymore of this until December and he is in considerable pain without it. The dr has prescribed alternatives but they don't seem to be as good....so does anyone have any ideas of whether I can buy it online? Is it a good idea etc as never bought medicines online before.
