Interpreting nethouseprices.com data - can you help?

Hi,
Can anyone help me with a translation of the following data from nethouseprices.com? It's showing a sale with a price of £0 and the other details are:
Residential
Registry description of title: Subjects Being
Recorded consideration: [property name and address]
Application No: 06CTH00307
Application Type: FR
Application Date: 16-Mar-2006
Sale? Yes
Deed Codes: 11 1

I'm wondering what the FR means and why the value of the sale is £0 - could this be a transfer of property due to a death or something similar? We're considering buying this place as it's got the potential to be the house of our dreams (though it's currently not habitable due to lack of roof amongst other things!!) and this is dated about a month before we first saw it on the market. It's in Scotland, if that makes any difference.

A-ha, found the FR!
In case anyone's interested, it stands for First Registered and indicates that this is the first time the property's appeared on the Land Registry data, having previously been on the Sesines.
