Opening a bank account in the UK although no UK address

Hello! Is it possible to open a bank account in the United Kingdom without having an address there i.e. if I want to open a UK address but have only a Spanish address, can I open an account? If it's possible, does anybody know what banks offer this? If not, is there a specific law/regulation forbidding this?
Many thanks!
Many thanks!

If you're okay with an offshore account (which tend to have fees), you have lots of options. I had an offshore with NatWest while only having a USA address.0
