in Credit cards
I have a Barclaycard Visa creditcard which is about to finish it's 0% rate.
I have zero balances on Mint, Capital One and Barclaycard Mastercard.
I have no offers on Mint or Capital One. Mint offers a balance transfer with a 3% charge and Capital One offers a balance transfer with 0% charge. I have had these cards for a very long time.
I do not have enough credit on Capital One to take all of the Barclaycard Visa balance and will have to do 2 transactions to get the money out of Barclaycard Visa.
Assuming I transfer the amounts to Capital One and Mint, at what point can I transfer Capital One and Mint to the other Barclaycard Mastercard which is currently offering me 0% with a 2.9% fee? Do I have to wait until the balances show up in Capital One and Mint before I can go ahead with the Barclaycard Mastercard transfer or can I do these on the same day / next day and thus reducing the number of days interest I have to pay on Capital One and Mint?
Many thanks in anticipation.

Probably best to leave for three or four working days and/ or check that the balance has been moved by Internet or phone. The charge for the transfer is a fixed sum, whereas interest for a few days is negligible, for example a thousand pounds at say thirty per cent apr will incur interest of about a pound a day.0
