I was expecting this, but it still hurt, the bird crap had eaten right through the paint lacquer in several places, it looked awful. Worse, when I got my brand new car home, I woke up the very next morning to find it covered in poo. :-(
I think I'm going to have to move.
So I take it you didnt buy a cover as suggested last year?0 -
go back to the building maintenance people (as after a year it is clearly not a "temporary" problem) and ask them to fit some seagull spikes.0

I'd be tempted to bill the management company for your losses. You might not get anywhere but worth a try?I have a simple philosophy:
Fill what's empty. Empty what's full. Scratch where it itches.

For heavens sake, just buy a cover for your car!
It can happen anywhere and I cannot imagine that a group of 4-5 seagulls who perch for a short time during the day are actually completely covering your car!If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -

Would you get planning permission to build a perspex cover over your spot?0

Shoot them...Get a bird control guy in with his gun....It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
If you can't get planning permission for your own perspex, consider getting a couple of cats.0
