have been trying on and off at different times to get through to yodel to see where my parcel is for the last week all to no avail - ive been left on hold (at 10p a minute) for ten minutes and then gave up as i couldnt afford it. Ive tried emailing them and the contact us form on their website and got no reply.
All i want to know is where is my parcel?
They are hopeless!!!

No idea, I tried calling and emailing to ask them the question but they never answered.0

They have gone bust I think.
I expect not. They are just uncommunicative and can be useless at times as they rely on self employed contractors and not employees for a lot of home deliveries.
There is nothing out there on Companies House, London Gazette announcing an administration/liquidation.
They were this bad back at Christmas time so I suspect its just the same as it was then.0 -
nightmare company, had same problem, with them, they were meant to be delivering flowers from i florist, the first bunch was recorded as delivered on an email they sent me, no flowers had arrived, , complained to iflorist, they sent a second bunch the next day, still no flowers arrived, yodel very unhelpfull, told me i had to wait 48 hours to lodge a complaint, told them this was pointless as they were meant to be delivering fresh flowers, seems lots of people have problems with them, the only way i got my money back was through i florist, yodel dont even bother responding,0

I had a parcel that went missing aswell yodel was meant to deliver it till this day I never found out where it went. I only complained to the company I bought the item from and they gave me a refund kept emailing them for 3 weeks.I vote with my feet now and make sure I don't get anything big delivered again.I Just make sure royal mail delivers my parcels they are more trustworthy at least you know it gets delivered even though sometimes have to collect from post office.0

If you give me the first 5 digits/letters of the tracking number I can give you their direct number to the people who answer.0

For anyone that has any issues with this compnay....Escalate and complain via email to the Yodel CEO. If I remember;) correctly, his first name is Johnathan.
Wait 3 days for response.
To get his email address, try a google search with 'ceo email addresses', select the first option displayed and then do a search for 'yodel'. Reckon;) that you may get an email address for Home Delivery Network Limited (HDNL, DHL Domestic, DHL Express, Parcelpoint, Yodel).
Good luck and HTHs.0 -
The best way ive found to get in touch with Yodel is to find them on twitter and they look into it rather quickly as I found out with my missing parcel the other day.

My local depot was merged into another and now they can't cope, can't fault the staff though, very helpful and the manager was looking through thousands of parcels to find mine on more than one occasion. The company is trying to ensure that costs are as low as possible, all those cheap prices on the likes of Amazon have to be paid for somewhere and the cost is poor service from the courier when the big retailer has screwed the price right down.
Depot numbers are usually on saynoto0870, it would depend on the depot staff as to how reliable they are to answer the phone. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0
