Has anyone used FCAS (watford),for reclaiming PPI.They sent me out a claims pack,.I had a CC with Halifax,I didnt ask for payment protection on the card, but this company said they sometimes add the charges without you knowing.
Is this correct or are they just taking pot luck with me?In the hopes of me being owed anything.
Thanks..:j

If you have a proper reason for claiming the PPI back why use this company? Do it yourself and you will not be charged for using this company who can take a lot of your compensation from you if you win?!?!?!?0

I knew I hadnt took out PPi, but he said they sometimes hide it in there..I just wondered if this was the case.I just thought if they had done this and I ask Halifax to check it, they might fob me off, where as a company they wont. (hope that makes sense)0

The words "bargepole", "touch" and "don't" spring to mind.0 -

That is a common dodgy claims company statement. PPI on a credit card appears on each monthly statement you pay it.
Claims companies are mis-selling more than the banks did. They have captive market. Those silly enough to fall for PPI mis-selling in the first place are silly enough to fall for claims company mis-selling tactics without realising that they are being mis-sold to again.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
